Supporting the EmoticoreAI Playground Platform
The Playground Console provides a framework that allows customers to efficiently and easily manage and operate EmoticoreAI services they use.
Chat Functionality
Configure text content and chat flows using defined knowledge sets (LLM / RAG).
This enables quick verification of responses and more efficient management and operation of chat engines.
LLM Settings
In addition to customers' own chat engines, preferred LLMs such as OpenAI ChatGPT or Google Gemini can be configured and integrated with EmoticoreAI's RAG models (knowledge).
Knowledge Management
- Freely add, delete, and edit knowledge data (text).
- Q&A RAG: Register knowledge as Q&A pairs. The system calculates similarity between user questions and registered questions, then generates responses using the answers linked to the highest-scoring pairs.
- Document RAG: Register documents (text) as knowledge. Responses are generated from documents with the highest similarity to user queries.
- Easily upload knowledge data via Excel, CSV, TSV, or JSON files.
Organization Management
Invite or remove members and assign permissions within the customer console, enabling efficient organization management.
AI Avatar Management
For customers using Playground Interactive, manage the knowledge assigned to AI Avatars. Different knowledge sets can be configured to match specific business scenarios or events.
